fCRM (flexible Client Relationship Management) system is Cledar's central product. It helps you manage your sales processes, workflows, documentation, customer data, product data in a well-organised and effective manner.
The system is flexible, scalable and extensible. It can be incorporated in your already existing IT solutions. Its functionality has been implemented as a set of separate yet interacting modules, so it can be easily adapted to your specific needs.

The Client Relationship Module manages information about clients, staff and all external institutions involved in the company's workflows. The system features:

All data change requests are logged in the system.

Data Security

The permissions mechanism defines the roles and the access rights in the system, manages the login names and passwords and logs the access to the system and undertaken actions.

For maximum ease of access and flexibility the system is based on a web interface. Consequently, the data can be retrieved or entered from any location without the need to install any dedicated user software.

Easy Installation and Updates

Thanks to its web-based architecture, installing and updating the system on users' workstations requires no action from the system administrators. This solution also offers the advantages of extensibility and scalability. A proxy server can be provided to allow intensive concurrent access.
